Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow your delivery.
How long does delivery take?
If the product is in stock, delivery takes 1 business day within Bulgaria.
If it’s not in stock, shipping takes approximately 20–25 days, as we order it specifically for you. You’ll be notified about the status after placing your order.
Can I preorder items?
Yes. If an item is not in stock, you can preorder it. Preorders usually take 20–25 days to arrive. Preordering guarantees your size before stock runs out.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. To start a return, just message us on Instagram or email.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in Bulgaria. If you’re outside Bulgaria, contact us on Instagram or email – we may be able to arrange a custom international delivery.
